Resilient Minds Course
Is an 8-hour, psychoeducation course that trains frontline personnel to:
- Recognize stress and trauma early
- Build personal resilience that lasts beyond the shift
- Activate evidence-based tools to mitigate the effects of chronic stress and trauma
- Communicate with struggling peers and community members or service users
The Resilient Minds Course is delivered by a certified peer instructor and certified CMHA Ontario instructor. Class sizes are small to optimize participation and learning. The maximum number of participants per workshop is 20.
We can offer courses exclusively for your team, delivered in person or online.
We also offer several open enrollment sessions throughout the year, for individual participants.
